Chicago Canine Rescue is looking for loving homes to foster dogs in need! Our foster parents provide temporary housing, care, love, and routine to their foster dog while CCR finds their perfect match.
By fostering, you can help us save more lives – fostering makes space at the shelter for more dogs in need, as well as providing our dogs with the happiest, healthiest experience possible!

What Does CCR Provide?
As a foster parent, you can rely on CCR to provide all the support you need to temporarily care for an animal- you just provide the love! You can count on CCR to provide the following resources:

- Toys + Treats
Slumber Paw-Ty Sleepovers
Need a cuddle buddy, walking partner, or weekend couch companion? Our Slumber Paw-Ty program lets approved participants take a CCR pup home for an overnight or weekend stay!
These short-term sleepovers give our dogs a much-needed break from shelter life while helping them relax, recharge, and show off their personalities in a home environment.
